I had not encountered this Zero Gravity strain, currently available from DC i-71 marijuana delivery service, Violet City, before, but when I caught my first glimpse I was psyched to give it a try. Not only were the buds quite visually appealing, but I was also enticed to experience the effects implied by the name. Would this feel like going weightless right here on earth? Would I need to put on my space suit? Read on to find out.
Green and purple buds with lots of white and starry trichomes.
Beginning to cure.
Creamy, spicy, and peppery with hints of fuel and earth.
Much like a Gelato with notes of cream, bread, and hints of fuel.
The Zero Gravity strain is a cross of Hash Plant and Northern Lights that runs slightly indica dominant at 60/40.
Being only a slightly indica leaning hybrid I expected the effects to be quite balanced, and this was a correct assumption. The high comes on as a heady tingle much like wearing a headband, but soon these tingles spread to the rest of the body creating a light feeling. It was spacey cerebrally and energetic levels felt neither high nor low, but instead floated somewhere between. This is a highly versatile strain good for nearly any time of day, but note that the intoxication prevents much focus for accomplishing tasks.
I’m not sure whether it was the suggestive power of the name or not, but this Zero Gravity definitely gave me a slight feeling of levitation. This plus the spacey and calming high along with the smooth toke make it a solid option for your weekend sessions. To experience it for yourself there’s no need to don a space suit or board a space ship, instead simply place your delivery order with Violet City today and be sure to mention that Toker’s Guide sent you!
