Initial Thoughts

Check out this alternate phenotype of White Gummy that’s currently available at DC i-71 marijuana dispensary, ,,Top Level. It looks completely different than the ,,pheno we recently reviewed, but it’s similar in flavor and effects – a testament to the diversity of cannabis genetics.

Appearance

This pheno is predominantly lime green whereas the other (mentioned above) was mostly purple. Its luscious green is covered by a full onslaught of trichomes and these buds are frostier and fluffier than the last version as well.

Status

Fresh, but starting to cure.

Aroma

Sweet and fruity scent. This one is more candy-scented and has less earthy notes.

Flavor

A strong tart and sweet candy taste that sits on your tongue. 

Lineage

The White Gummy strain is a cross of Jillybean and Bubblegum that runs indica dominant.

Effects

The high began with a heavy weight in the chest that provided a comforting feeling. Like sitting by the fire, warm and tingly sensations only further comforted me through the relaxing indica high. I’ve also been having some stomach issues recently and this strain was particularly beneficial during a bout of stomach problems. Great for lazy afternoons and evenings.

Conclusion

Perhaps this strain is reminiscent of the coveted white gummy bear itself, fresh and undeniably alluring. It has sugary notes while providing a cloud of relaxation, so you’re not going to need a sugar crash to fall asleep.
