Initial Thoughts
With an aroma that’s much like sweet sugary candy with a burst of tartness, this batch of Sweet Tart from DC i-71 storefront dispensary, No Kids Allowed, is fuuunky. When rolled, that amazingly exotic aroma rolls right up into your mouth as soon as you light it too. It’s straight up delicious!
Appearance
Spear-shaped buds that are pale green with brown pistils and lots of starry trichomes.
Aroma
Sweet, sugary, and tart – strikingly, a lot like the candy of the same name.
Flavor
Sweet, sugary, and tart just like the aroma but with a gassy, creamy exhale that’s silky smooth.
Lineage
The Sweet Tart strain is a three-way cross of Purple Thai, Afghani, and ATF that runs evenly balanced at 50/50.
Effects
This batch has a vibrant and uplifting buzz that starts off in the head and moves all around the body. It’s not edgy like a sativa can sometimes be, though, and has mellow, calming aspects that eventually take over. Another great daytime option that’s probably best for mid to late afternoon.
Conclusion
Given the flavor I’ve decided I’m going to grind up this whole 8th and roll joints from it to last me through the weekend as I’m making my way around the city. I love the taste, the smoothness, and the buzz is just the type of uplifting one I’m looking for to get my summer started off right.
