Initial Thoughts

The shocking amount to frosty trichomes on this batch of Strawberry Lemonade from DC i-71 dispensary, Elevated Lounge, makes the buds almost entirely white. In fact, they’re so frosty and so rotund that it’s kind of hard to believe that it’s a sativa-leaning varietal. Regardless, I can’t wait to pack it up and experience the potency I’ve been hearing about for myself. ‍

Appearance

Beefy, over-sized buds that are pretty much entirely white with frosty trichomes. There are also purple and green hues along with reddish brown pistils.

Fresh, but starting to cure.

Right up until my first hit I was convinced this was mis-labelled and would actually be indica-leaning. However, when I felt the initial rush of energy up through my body and into my head and extremities – along with my eyes becoming more open and awake – I knew it was a sativa-leaner after all. The buzz is uplifting, all-encompassing, and has delightfully euphoric qualities perfect for daytime use.
