We’ve been all over the Molecular Farms genetics that have recently been available at DC medical dispensary, Takoma Wellness. Just like the MAC buds we recently reviewed, these Pixie Crush buds are frosty and delicious. These small batch runs from Abatin are quickly becoming some of my new favorites!
Amber and white trichomes fill each crevice of these Pixe Crush buds. Patches of orange pistils shoot out from the lush green core.
Fresh and sticky.
A sour grapefruit smell that stunk up the room and stuck to my fingers.
The flavor took a twist offering a sweeter rendition of grapefruit and tangerine citrus flavors.
The Pixie Crush strain is a cross of California Orange and Lemon Crush that runs 70/30 sativa dominant.
A genuine sense of happiness radiated through me, uplifting my spirit and allowing positivity to engulf my mind. This heightened state of creativity seamlessly guided my thoughts and kept me joyfully busy for the duration of the effects. As the gentle comedown came a soothing spell created a near paralyzed state as if my body, once in motion, now craved stillness. Overall, a great daytime option with lots of mood enhancing, uplifting vibes and strong euphoria.
It’s no doubt that Abatin is putting some serious pressure on the competition. Maybe it has something to do with their harvests being grown in full sunlight and getting all natural, nutrient rich soil? Or, perhaps it’s the level of attention that goes into these smaller batch runs? Regardless, I’m excited to see what Abatin will come up with next, but for now this Pixie Crush is where it’s at for me. Head on down to Takoma Wellness to grab some of these wondrous buds today and be sure to mention that you heard about them on Toker’s Guide!
