Initial Thoughts
Currently available at DC i-71 storefront dispensary Giving Tree, this Dream Soda is some beautiful bud with highly potent indica effects and a clean, smooth burn. Note that the buds are fluffy and hand-trimmed making their appearance that much more appealing and indicative of proper TLC. You might even say this batch is…dreamy.
Appearance
Big, green, and fluffy buds with blaze orange hairs and tons of starry trichomes. Also note the flecks of purple throughout.
Status
Fresh.
Aroma
Creamy, sweet, and floral almost like tea-infused ice cream.
Flavor
Creamy, floral, earthy and with hints of fruit. A very smooth and delectable toke.
Lineage
We’re not finding much on “Dream Soda”, but the Cream Soda strain is an indica dominant cross of Huckleberry Soda and Cookies ‘N Cream.
Effects
The effects can be happily overwhelming at times, like a fuzzy pillow holding you down, but in a comfortable way. The relaxation is palpable and seems to come in waves that start from your back, but somehow include your head as well. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the calming euphoria that this one can bring.
Conclusion
This batch of Dream Soda is some fresh and impressively cultivated flower that burns smooth and provides a long lasting euphoric body buzz. It’s best reserved for evenings and sent me off to dreamland with little tingles that were almost like tiny soda bubbles fizzing against my skin.
