Initial Thoughts

I love it when buds have awesome aromas that match their names perfectly and that is certainly the case with this Cakes N Cream currently available at DC i-71 marijuana dispensary, Elevated Lounge. Like syrupy pancakes and whipped cream combined I can hardly take my nose out of this pack!

Appearance

Beefy, rotund buds that are dark green with flecks of bluish-purple and fiery orange pistils. The outer trichomes are hyper-white and the internals are still starry.

Effects

Though it runs indica dominant and has the look of some top-shelf couch-lock inducing bud, this batch is actually not that sedating. I found it to be heady and full of a fuzzy and warm body buzz, but I didn’t want to dose off and actually enjoyed fumbling over a few last minute tasks. Overall, the high is stoning to the head and feels great in the body at the same time. Certainly better for late afternoon or evening use and falling asleep was no trouble at all.

Conclusion
